About The Position
Direct and oversee the delivery of early intervention services to children in Licking County. As a member of our Leadership Team reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll manage our Early Intervention Component to ensure superior delivery of early intervention services to children and their families. This position directly supervises five Early Intervention Service Coordinators, six Developmental Specialists, one Physical Therapist and one Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social or Human Services or related field
- The ability to direct and lead a team of diverse, passionate early intervention professionals
Nice To Haves
- Three plus years of management, supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
