This role serves as a technical expert and resource for agency-wide technology initiatives, providing analyses and recommendations to improve systems and workflows. In this role, you will need to have a strong background in system administration, technical support, and project management with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with stakeholders, understand the needs of business operations and technology solutions, and facilitate cross functional alignment to achieve value-driven outcomes.
