At Scotia Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), dining is where residents connect and feel at home. We are looking for a hospitality leader who wants their work to mean something. This is a full-time position with a yearly salary of $95,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dining services leadership
- Manage multiple venues and a large team
- Budget and food-safety knowledge
- Ability to work on site at Scotia Village
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe/CDM a plus
- Senior living / hospitality background preferred
- A genuine passion for serving older adults
Responsibilities
- Lead dining across all venues and catering
- Build and coach a resident-centered team
- Partner with chefs and dietitians on menus
- Own the budget – quality versus food and labor costs
