As a Healthcare Director of Dining Services, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a dining account within an acute care setting, managing and leading a team of associates. Your role will involve client relationship management and ensuring the superior quality of food served. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account in an acute care setting. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Healthcare/Hospital food service management a PLUS
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
