In this role you will oversee and control day to day operations of all dining services operations at the community. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company dining policies and procedures, managing food and non-food purchases, balancing budgets, and ensuring food safety and quality. You will also drive resident satisfaction by offering choice, dignity, and independence in dining, and manage all dining staff personnel.
