About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assisted Living Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is eager to step into a well-established community with an established team, high census, and a supportive, experienced team. Our assisted living is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering the advantage of a full continuum of care backed by strong, stable leadership. The ideal candidate is passionate about tenant-centered care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining excellence in service and operations. This role is ideal for an RN who is ready to take the next step in leadership within a thriving assisted living community. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
  • Leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the assisted living community
  • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving staff to promote high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across the CCRC to enhance resident outcomes and continuity of care
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and assessments
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
