About The Position

As a Director of Dining Services, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a high-profile dining account, driving excellence in food quality, guest experience, and financial performance. In this role, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals while maintaining strong client partnerships and operational standards. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, business-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven background in restaurant operations, multi-unit leadership, and full P&L accountability. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing financial results, and delivering innovative dining solutions that exceed client and customer expectations. Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
