About The Position

As a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the daily operations of a dining account within an acute care setting, managing a team of associates, maintaining client relations, and ensuring the highest quality of food. You will also be responsible for managing the P&L and budget for the account and rolling out new culinary programs.

Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
