Chartwells K12 is on the hunt for a high-energy, people-loving Director of Dining Services to take charge of school dining across Ponder Independent School District, located in Ponder, TX. You’ll be the heartbeat of food service for approximately 1,725 students across three campuses, serving pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, while building a positive culture from the ground up. This role is boots-on-the-ground and client-facing, so you’ll need to be comfortable taking the lead and passionate about being visible, hands-on, and fully engaged. Requirements

Strong leader with a knack for numbers, a passion for people, and a love for food
Comfortable taking the lead and passionate about being visible, hands-on, and fully engaged
Proficiency in computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality/Culinary/Nutrition necessary or equivalent experience preferred.
Three plus years of foodservice management experience, prefers K12.
Knowledge of high-volume food production is preferred.
Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
