About The Position

The Director of Dining Services oversees day-to-day foodservice operations and leads a team of employees. The role is responsible for client relationships, account profitability, and talent development. It includes overseeing account profit and loss and budgeting, working with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food for students, implementing culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary teams, and serving as a liaison among the Company, client, and community.

Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial and business acumen.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality preferred.
Dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities
