About The Position

This Director-level role reports to the Senior Director, Wealth Digital, and is positioned at the intersection of strategy, execution, and senior stakeholder engagement. The primary responsibility is to lead critical workstreams within a high-visibility, multi-year initiative aimed at reimagining the Advisor portfolio management experience within Wealth Management. The role entails end-to-end product accountability for advisor-facing digital capabilities, focusing on modernizing how portfolios are constructed, managed, and monitored across the firm. This encompasses strategic vision, day-to-day execution, and fostering cross-functional relationships essential for large-scale delivery in a complex enterprise environment. The Digital Director is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, contribute a strong perspective on product direction, and influence senior business and technology stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Experience delivering digital products in complex enterprise or financial services environments
  • Strong visual thinker with a genuine appreciation for design, user experience, and the craft of product
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentational — with the ability to engage and align senior leaders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to structure problems, form a point of view, and drive forward independently

Nice To Haves

  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with Figma or comparable UX collaboration tools
  • Understanding of wealth and asset management fundamentals

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research, including advisor workshops, interviews, and feedback synthesis
  • Advocate strongly for the Advisor experience, ensuring that product decisions are consistently informed by user insight
  • Drive day-to-day product execution with rigour: own the backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure requirements are thoroughly vetted
