Influence the ongoing evolution of a 12–18 month roadmap of services across cloud, cybersecurity, network, and platform capabilities. Ensure security and resilience offerings (including Cyber Threat Management, SIEM/Splunk Observability, and governance frameworks) are positioned as first-class portfolio investments
  • Collaborate with the practices and discipline teams and product marketing to position and clearly articulate the “why” behind each offering — the business problem it solves, the customer value it creates, and how it strengthens our competitive position.
  • Curate and prioritize portfolio investments in partnership with practices, finance, engineering, and delivery, ensuring return on investment, scalability, and innovation alignment. Evaluate opportunities in emerging areas including AI-driven threat detection, Splunk-powered observability, zero trust architectures, and ServiceNow security and IT workflows.

  • Monitor and optimize portfolio health through business KPIs, profitability, customer outcomes, and usage metrics. Apply security posture metrics, threat coverage benchmarks, and platform adoption indicators (e.g., Splunk license utilization, ServiceNow workflow coverage) as part of a comprehensive portfolio scorecard. Recommend rationalization or evolution as needed.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing roadmap direction, innovation focus, and growth strategy. Serve as an internal authority on evolving cyber threat landscapes, resilience architectures, governance and compliance requirements, and the convergence of IT operations and security through platforms like ServiceNow and Splunk.
