About The Position

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and technology-driven professional to lead our digital marketing, branding, social media, and AI innovation efforts for two growing luxury transportation companies. This is a leadership role working directly with ownership and executive management to help grow, modernize, and improve company performance through technology, automation, marketing, and operational innovation.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website management
Experience with branding and marketing budgets
Strong interest or experience in AI, automation, and business technology
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing software or operational systems is a plus
Experience in the luxury, hospitality, travel, or transportation industries preferred

Responsibilities

Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Oversee websites, SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising campaigns
Create and coordinate photo/video content and branding materials
Help grow and strengthen the Bell and KLS luxury brand image
Manage marketing and branding budgets
Track campaign performance, analytics, and ROI reporting
Research, recommend, and implement new software, applications, and AI tools to improve company performance and efficiency
Help modernize operations through automation and digital systems
Assist with the implementation of AI tools for reservations, dispatch, customer service, reporting, and office operations
Create reporting systems and performance dashboards for management
Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, developers, and creative teams
Help leadership identify areas where technology can improve workflow, customer experience, and profitability
