Quinnipiac University is seeking a strategic, innovative, and audience-focused Director of Digital Content Strategy to lead the vision and direction of the university's digital content ecosystem. In this highly collaborative leadership role, you will define how Quinnipiac tells its story across digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging, discoverable, data-informed, and aligned with institutional priorities. The Director of Digital Content Strategy serves as the architect of the university's content strategy, leveraging audience research, behavioral insights, search trends, AI visibility, and competitive intelligence to guide content decisions that connect with prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other key stakeholders. Working closely with Marketing & Communications leadership, you will establish editorial standards, content frameworks, and strategic priorities that empower content creators and channel managers to deliver consistent, high-impact experiences across web, social, email, paid media, and emerging platforms. This role plays a critical part in advancing the university's enrollment and retention goals by developing content initiatives that build awareness, deepen engagement, and inspire prospective students to take action. By aligning content strategy with user needs and institutional objectives, you will help ensure that Quinnipiac's digital presence remains relevant, accessible, and effective in an increasingly competitive higher education landscape. The ideal candidate is an experienced content strategist who combines creativity with analytical thinking, excels at translating insights into action, and thrives in a collaborative environment where storytelling, innovation, and measurable results drive success.
