Requirements

Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3–5+ years of successful fundraising experience (major gifts & corporate sponsorships)
Experience with donor databases (Raiser’s Edge highly preferred)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and executives
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
Passion for KVC’s mission

Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic fundraising initiatives (individual, corporate, foundation giving)
Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors
Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts
Build meaningful, long-term donor relationships
Partner with leadership and foundation teams to drive impact
Support events, donor tours, and major campaigns
Meet and exceed fundraising goals while strengthening donor engagement
