For more information, visit www.themobmuseum.org Position Overview: The Director of Development is highly external-facing fundraiser responsible for expanding The Mob Museum's network of supporters and generating philanthropic revenue through individual giving, corporate partnerships and foundation support. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the Director identifies and cultivates new prospects, manages an active portfolio of donors, directly solicits philanthropic support, and provides day-to-day leadership to the Development team. The Director plays a key role in growing the Museum's culture of philanthropy and achieving its financial goals while advancing the public understanding of organized crime's history and impact on American society.
