About The Position
The Director of Development will own the full development process, from zoning, entitlements, and underwriting through horizontal infrastructure and vertical leasing. The role targets an elite specialist in permitting, entitlements, or horizontal development who can apply first-principles thinking and manage projects from cradle to grave. Austin market knowledge is preferred but not required. Base compensation starts in the $300,000 range and may reach $400,000 or more, with incentives likely on top.
