About The Position

The Director of Development - Land Acquisition at IDEAL HOMES OF NORMAN LP is responsible for leading and managing the land acquisition process to support the company's growth strategy. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and development within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successful negotiation and closing of land acquisition deals.
Experience in managing large-scale residential or commercial development projects.
Demonstrated leadership experience in directing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills to assess potential land acquisition opportunities and market trends.

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition and development.
