  • Proficiency with HubSpot and ABM/intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clay, or similar).
  • Ability to direct creative work without outsourcing execution.
  • Strength as both a strategist and an operator.
  • Collaborative operating style suited to a team of specialist peers.

  • Familiarity with benefits, healthcare, or HR tech buyers.
  • Experience marketing AI products to enterprise buyers.
  • A history of standing up account scoring or intent-signal programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the target account strategy and the direct pipeline generated against it.
  • Define the profile of early adopters, assemble and pressure-test the shortlist of target accounts, and design account-level plays to convert them into opportunities.
  • Execute personalized messaging, orchestrated sales and SDR activation sequences, 1:few content for lookalike accounts, field moments, and LinkedIn ABM campaigns.
  • Own the paid search and capture strategy to intercept buyers actively searching for solutions.
  • Build and manage the demand engine for executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring the right buyers attend and convert.
  • Collaborate with field and experiential marketing on account-based plays and event strategy.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing on shared accounts and broker ecosystem activation.
  • Align with sales leadership on account tiers, engagement plans, and handoffs, equipping SDRs and AEs with messaging and triggers.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, diagnose stalled accounts, and determine next steps.
  • Define and measure the account-based scoreboard, focusing on engagement, penetration, velocity, and pipeline within named accounts.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure data integrity for the scoreboard.
  • Design and specify AI agents to automate tasks such as account research, signal monitoring, buying committee mapping, message variant generation, and campaign QA.
  • Review, refine, and stand behind all outgoing materials, documenting disagreements with models and validation methods.
  • Adapt the shortlist, plays, and toolset as the company scales, expecting scope to shift and expand.
