We’re seeking a Director of Delivery to lead mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine of our delivery teams—driving execution, building trust with hyperscalers and owner-operators, and ensuring every project upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This is a high-impact leadership position where vision turns into action—and action delivers results.

Requirements

Data Center Management experience (required).
A strong track record of delivering large, complex infrastructure projects.
Hands-on leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead field delivery teams on complex, high-profile infrastructure programs.
Translate strategic direction from executive leadership into actionable delivery plans.
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted delivery partner.
Mentor and develop team leaders, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and field execution.
