We build the most complete and accurate picture of the B2B buyer by integrating with every tool your team uses, partnering with third-party data providers, and deploying custom AI research agents. We use this data to power applications that automate high-value, high-complexity workflows across the go-to-market and revenue teams. Our core products include: Analytics – instantly answers questions like "What led to that sudden drop in pipeline?" Agents – creates a blueprint of each customer's ideal sales process and executes it across every deal, every rep, every day Since launching in January 2023, we’ve come through Y Combinator, raised a $26M Series A led by Bessemer. We’re growing 3× year-over-year, have hit multimillion ARR, and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. 🚀 Your Mission We're looking for a Director of Delivery to lead the delivery team responsible for implementation, onboarding, and ongoing value realization. You'll own the full delivery lifecycle — ensuring customers are onboarded, adopted, and continuously extracting value from HockeyStack at a pace that matches our growth. This is a high-velocity leadership role: you'll build and manage the team that keeps delivery running at startup speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing delivery or implementation at a fast-moving startup or high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience building and leading teams that deliver at scale and speed.
- Strong leadership presence — you can manage challenging delivery situations with composure and hold your team to a high bar.
- Operational rigor — you build processes, set standards, and drive accountability across a team.
- Experience with value delivery and the ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams effectively.
- High-ownership mentality. You operate with autonomy and hold yourself accountable for results.
- Excited about in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.

- Management consulting or strategic advisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery team, owning outcomes across product delivery, implementation, and customer value realization.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing delivery team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks quickly — you operate with urgency and hold the team to a high bar.
- Ensure delivery milestones are met and customers realize measurable business impact through the team you build.
- Own the delivery process end-to-end: build scalable workflows, set quality standards, and ensure the team delivers at pace.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements and ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap.
- Navigate complex organizations and competing priorities to keep delivery on track.
