About The Position

The Director of Dealer Services oversees the internal Dealer Support team while maintaining and growing an assigned market. This role involves developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with dealers, external representatives, and the internal Arivo team. The position requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience working in a sales position
• 2-5 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to de-escalate situations
• Professional demeanor
• 2-5 years’ management or supervisory experience
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the automotive and/or auto finance industry helpful

Responsibilities

• Manage Dealer Support team
