We are currently looking for a Director of Day Program Services to support our Brooklyn Day Program and Queens Without Walls Day Program. These programs are operated by Human First, Inc. - a member of the ADAPT Community Network. Under general direction, is responsible for providing direction, guidance and oversight to assigned day program. This role ensures that the program delivers high-quality, person-centered support aligned with ADAPT Community Network’s mission, policies, and regulatory standards. The Director oversees program operations, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring that individuals receive meaningful, goal-oriented services in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
