Requirements

You've led financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure: data centers, energy, telecom, or real assets.
You've built driver-based capex models that boards made decisions on.
Your forecasts get scored against actuals, and the gap shrinks every quarter.
You go get the operational truth behind a number instead of accepting the submission.
You've built and led a small high-output team.
