About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and is singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this problem space and want to be part of building this future. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining site-level forecasts, owning the monthly forecast cycle, modeling scenarios, and automating the forecasting pipeline.
Requirements
- Built capex and opex forecasts for large projects or infrastructure portfolios.
- Variance analysis that finds causes, not just differences.
- Expert in Excel and dangerous in SQL.
- Ability to turn a vague what-if into a modeled answer same-day.
- Models are auditable: sources cited, assumptions labeled.

- Accounting fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the site-level forecasts: capex curves, opex ramps, and cash timing per building.
- Own the monthly forecast cycle: inputs gathered, variances explained, and the bridge to the last version clean.
- Model scenarios fast when a deal, delay, or design change moves the numbers.
- Automate the pipeline from source systems so the forecast updates in hours, not weeks.
