Requirements

  • Effective written communication skills for executive recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Develop the target-state data architecture and data engineering roadmap.
  • Create multi-touch attribution across acquisition channels, resolved to policy outcome, to inform reallocation of media and partner spend.
  • Build a unified customer database with resolved identity for LTV, renewals, persistency, cross-sell, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Manage Fuego's ML roadmap (scoring, prioritization, routing) and the platform for development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, bringing model work in-house.
  • Oversee the data layer for AI systems, including schemas, identity resolution, and real-time availability, modeling call transcripts and LLM scorecard values.
  • Measure lead-quality economics from acquisition cost through downstream buyer outcome.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of AI platforms and vendors for the business.
