In order for customers to experience the full value of the radar we need to establish a team that can help draw full effect from our company's system. We want to build a team of radar-expert sensor operators, and add them to the platforms we already sell. As the Director of Customer Operations, you will stand up and lead this new capability line end-to-end. This executive role encompasses driving the overarching growth strategy, partner and capture positioning, and overseeing the specialized operator pipeline. Crucially, you will architect this line so that it protects and strengthens our core radar franchise rather than competing with the partners who carry it.
