The Director of Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence is a senior strategic leader responsible for building and operationalizing a holistic external‑insights function. This role provides the organization with a clear, forward‑looking understanding of market dynamics, customer priorities, and competitive forces. The director will shape enterprise strategy, guide investment decisions, and ensure leadership has the intelligence needed to anticipate change and act decisively. This leader will build and manage a small, high‑performing team and partner closely with Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Executive Team.
