Requirements
- Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses
- Experience with managing benefits
- Experience with employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations)
- Experience with recognition and appreciation
- Experience with new hire orientation
- Experience with retention
- Ability to engage with people from different walks of life and serve as a resource
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background
- Human Resources Information System experience with Paylocity or another system
