Director of Crisis Receiving Center
About The Position
Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives. GCBHS is seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our new Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) in Clermont County Ohio. This program is a collaboration with local county mental health and recovery board, community stakeholders and law enforcement to offer a safe, supportive alternative to incarceration or emergency room for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The center provides 24/7 immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services and connection to ongoing community-based support and treatment through a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling with clinical licensure, independent licensure preferred. (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S)
- Management experience in a mental health/substance use services environment or 24/7 residential treatment program, including program development and leadership within multi-system projects.
Responsibilities
- Representing the program to stakeholders and the community, promoting objectives and achievements.
