About The Position
GCBHS is seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead its new Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) in Clermont County, Ohio. This program is a collaboration with the local county mental health and recovery board, community stakeholders, and law enforcement to offer a safe, supportive alternative to incarceration or the emergency room for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The center provides 24/7 immediate crisis intervention and stabilization services and connection to ongoing community-based support and treatment through a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling with clinical licensure, independent licensure preferred. (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S)
- Management experience in a mental health/substance use services environment or 24/7 residential treatment program, including program development and leadership within multi-system projects.
