About The Position

The Director of Creative Resourcing is responsible for bringing intention and strategy to staffing across the studio - making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. Rather than reacting to ups and downs of the different projects, you'll anticipate challenges, balance competing priorities, and thoughtfully assemble teams that can do their best work. Success in this role is not measured by how efficiently people are allocated or how tidy the spreadsheet is, but by the strength of the teams you help build and the quality of the decisions that support them.

  • Appreciates that successful creative teams are built through intentional composition rather than simple availability.
