As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you'll play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives while helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

• To be a team player committed to your co-workers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Previous senior-level HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
