The Director of Counseling/Disability/Career Services serves as a key leader in the Counseling, Disability and Career Services department, overseeing counseling, disability support, and career development initiatives. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering student success, providing accessibility for all students, and helping them navigate academic, personal, and career decisions. Designed to support current and perspective students in discovering which curriculum program or programs are best suited for their learning style, personality type, temperament, values, interest, strengths, weakness, abilities and natural talents for profound academic success. Also responsible for implementing accommodations and specified services for students with physical, intellectual, visual, auditory and mental disabilities, as well as developing pathway success plans for students on Academic or Financial Aid Probation. In addition, the Director of Counseling, Disability and Career Services is responsible for collecting the data needed to access the success of services rendered to students.
