About The Position

The Director of Corporate Purchasing is a senior operational role responsible for leading all national purchasing functions across View Homes' five-division markets. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this position serves as the central authority for how View Homes selects, contracts, and manages its trade partners and material suppliers, translating purchasing strategy directly into job-cost performance and margin outcomes.
