About The Position

The Director of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) will oversee the
development, implementation, and management of continuous quality improvement
strategies across the organization. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture
of quality, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction. The Director will
work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement, develop
solutions, and ensure the effective execution of quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related health care degree, master's degree preferred.
• Must have 3 years of CQI experience, preferred Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Strong knowledge of the CQI process.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and other software including but not limited to Excel, Word, Power Point, data bases and electronic health record systems.
• Must possess a driver’s license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
