About The Position

Established in 2005, Brook Landscape is a landscape design-build agency specializing in urban outdoor environments, with clients across the New York region and a growing presence beyond. In our design-forward setting, projects move quickly from idea to built space with designers, builders, and horticulture teams working side by side from start to finish. Our mission is to create intentional and timeless outdoor spaces that reflect our clients’ values and connect people with the places where they live and spend time. In this role, you’ll help bring that mission to life through thoughtful, closely connected work, with the satisfaction of knowing the spaces to which you contribute become places people spend time in, return to, and enjoy. As Director of Construction, you are responsible for delivering exceptional project execution while partnering closely with ownership to help grow and strengthen the business. This role requires you to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build strong relationships with ownership, peers, clients, and vendors, identify opportunities for additional project scope and future work, and lead the team with positivity and a solutions-oriented mindset. Guided by Brook Landscape’s values of Better Together, Help, Solve, and Move, you play a key role in shaping the success of projects, the energy and culture of the team, and the long-term growth of the company.
