Trinity Services is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and grow our team in Knoxville, TN. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction operations management or construction management
  • Background in roofing, exteriors, or restoration is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Xactimate Experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations including scheduling, project coordination, and project manager and crew management
  • Manage all projects from kickoff through completion
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards
  • Serve as a key point of contact between field teams and company leadership
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Monitor job profitability, gross profit margins, budgets, change orders, and production performance.
  • Ensure complete and accurate job documentation in PSA, Encircle, Xatimate, and all company required systems, including photos, notes, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Drive cash flow by ensuring projects are completed invoiced profitable and collected in a timely manner
  • Own the timely completion of every project and eliminate production bottlenecks.
  • Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams through coaching, accountability and performance management.
