Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Community Outreach Services to provide leadership, vision, and clinical oversight for our mental health programs and services. Requirements

Masters Degree plus current NJ professional license in good standing (LCSW or LPC)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Oversight of the Community Outreach Services Department which includes Community Support Services (CSS), Franklin House, and two Permanent Housing Programs
Providing clinical and direct supervision to various staff within the department
Adhering to all Medicaid requirements, as well as state licensing standards and regulations
Representing Alternatives on various committees at local, County and state levels
Must be available during normal business hours, and occasional evenings based on program need
Participates on a rotation to cover the 24/7 COS On Call
