The Director of Community Living & Learning Engagement is a full-time, live-in professional responsible for leading a dynamic residential experience that integrates community living, academic engagement, and holistic student development. This role is a key member of Residence Life and advances institutional priorities related to student retention, persistence, and success, supporting the College’s goal of achieving and sustaining an 85% first-year retention rate.
