Blue Circle Health is seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Director of Communications to lead the organization’s storytelling, brand strategy, movement-building communications, and public engagement efforts. This role will play a critical leadership function in shaping how Blue Circle Health communicates its mission, amplifies patient voices, and builds a national movement focused on improving the lives of people with type 1 diabetes. Reporting to the Vice President of Community Engagement, the Director of Communications will oversee integrated communications, brand, media, content, social media, and storytelling strategies that increase awareness, deepen community engagement, support patient enrollment, strengthen partnerships, and influence the broader conversation around T1D care and health equity. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, writer, movement-builder, and team leader — someone who understands how communications can create trust, mobilize communities, influence systems, and turn individual stories into collective action.
