Urban Resource Institute (URI) is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral health and trauma-informed services within the Innovative Urban Village supportive housing program. This program, opening in Summer 2026, is URI's first Supportive Housing program in partnership with Christian Cultural Center, located in East New York, Brooklyn. It will offer 376 income-based rental residences, with 94 units dedicated to families who have experienced homelessness due to domestic violence and qualify for Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) services. The Director will conduct clinical assessments, ensure appropriate interventions, provide clinical supervision to Case Managers, and collaborate with various teams and external partners to ensure services align with best practices, ESSHI requirements, OTDA regulations, and URI’s service philosophy. This role is crucial for developing and implementing a comprehensive program model, policies, procedures, and service framework from inception through full implementation.
