The BridgeWay offers a continuum of services designed to help children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing behavioral, emotional or addictive problems that can lead to fractured lives. The Director of Clinical Services directs and coordinates the integration of the social services function in patient care. Provides leadership to, other departmental manages and supervises social services staff (may include interns and graduate students). Position may involve direct patient care functions including completing social assessments, participating as an active member of the treatment team in formulating treatment plans and establishing discharge plans with patients, including family members when appropriate. Supervises and directs communications and involvement with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, schools and healthcare facilities/organizations. Ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, state health department, and all other regulatory standards. Participates in business development activities as needed or indicated.

Requirements

• Current licensure by the State of Arkansas; certification as LCSW by the Arkansas Board of Social Workers is preferred, eligibility required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related Counseling fields.
• Minimum of five (5) years previous experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Previous Management experience preferred.
