About The Position

This is a senior clinical leadership role with practice-level impact. The Director of Clinical Services – Nursing & Quality plays a critical role in shaping nursing practice, clinical quality, regulatory readiness, and value-based care initiatives across multiple locations and service lines. The role reports to the Executive Director and has direct reports including the Oncology Nurse Manager and Urology Nurse Manager. The scope includes nursing and quality oversight across three locations and multiple service lines.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), active and unrestricted
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Progressive nursing leadership experience in oncology or specialty practice settings
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and value-based care environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and change in complex clinical environments

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across oncology and urology
• Lead clinical quality, accreditation, and value-based care initiatives for clinical and payer programs
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize care delivery, patient flow, and staffing models
• Support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and quality performance monitoring
• Oversee nursing leadership development, staffing strategy, and retention efforts
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, research, IT, and compliance teams to improve care delivery and outcomes
• Serve as a key clinical voice in practice improvement, clinical systems optimization, and innovation
