Located in suburban Cincinnati, our behavioral health hospital specializes in treating symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises and co-occurring detox needs. Utilizing a blend of group therapy and clinical treatment, our center provides a safe, therapeutic space. Our team our highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of build the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into the community. Our team members work with our patients to help in the recovery and treatment process to restore to a better quality life through their individual plans, group therapy and overall stay at our facility. Responsible for the oversight of all clinical treatment programs of patients receiving treatment for psychiatric, and substance abuse issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director assures that high quality clinical care is provided and that clinical functions are integrated. Director supervises individual and group counseling and develops and implements a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities/processes. Oversees discharge planning to ensure an optimal post hospital transition. Responsible for ensuring that clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards. Requirements

Master's Degree
A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required.

Nice To Haves

Previous management experience at the Director level preferred.

Responsibilities
