Position Summary: The Director of Clinical Services - Residential provides vision, leadership, and strategic direction for a division of clinical programs. This role is responsible for the overall quality, compliance, and coordination of clinical services, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Director supervises program leaders and supports the development, performance, and integration of clinical services across the organization and with community partners.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
  • Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license in good standing required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience providing clinical services
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
  • Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee clinical service delivery strategies to meet the diverse needs of the community.
  • Ensure program services are aligned with organizational mission, evidence-based practices, and applicable regulations.
  • Supervise Program Managers, providing leadership in hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and discipline.
  • Indirectly oversee clinical supervisors, clinicians, and support staff across the division.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Serve as liaison to internal departments and external partners to foster collaboration and expand access to services.
  • Develop and manage program budgets; monitor financial performance and support sustainable growth.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and ensure documentation and service delivery standards are met.
  • Support staff development and foster a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented workplace culture.
  • Contribute to grant writing and other funding efforts to support program operations.
  • Represent the organization in regional and statewide initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
