The Director of Clinical Operations will provide direct supervision to the Assistant Director of Social Programs and the CORE Licensed Social Worker. This role involves clinical oversight of licensed Crisis Call Center staff, ensuring compliance with 988 program regulations, and offering clinical guidance to Crisis Services leadership as needed. The Assistant Director of Social Programs manages programs such as Hudson House, Family Support Program, CORE, Vocational, Compeer/Compeer Homeless, Social Programs, and WOGI. The CORE Licensed Social Worker provides direct services to adult Medicaid beneficiaries with serious mental illness and/or addiction disorders in their homes or communities. The Director of Crisis Services manages programs including the Orange County Crisis Call Center, SAPA, Sexual Assault Examiners, Text 4 Teens, and Vet 2 Vet Program. The Director of Clinical Operations' responsibilities in these areas include clinical oversight of licensed Crisis Call Center staff, 988 regulatory compliance, and providing clinical guidance. The role requires performing duties while promoting an environment consistent with MHA’s Cultural Equity Policy and WELCOME Orange. Direct oversight of programs may be reevaluated based on staffing and the Executive Director's discretion.
