About The Position
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations for its Private Duty Nursing division in Maryland Heights, MO. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and is ideal for an RN leader who wants more purpose, influence, and the opportunity to lead and develop people while making a difference in patient care. The position provides direct oversight of 4 Nursing Supervisors, driving clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care. Requirements
- Active MO RN license required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience required.
- PDN or pediatric experience required.
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills.
