About The Position
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a strong RN leader ready to step into meaningful, high impact leadership. This role provides direct oversight of 4 Nursing Supervisors while helping drive clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care across our Private Duty Nursing division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring leaders, thrives in fast-paced operations, can balance people leadership with clinical oversight, and wants influence beyond just day-to-day nursing tasks.
Requirements
- Active MO RN license required
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- PDN or pediatric experience required
- Strong communication and operational leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- IL RN license is a plus
