Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. The Director of Clinical Integrity will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate implementation of the clinical programming across the Monte Nido platform of brands, through clinical training for front line staff and the monitoring of care delivery in the programs. This includes but is not limited to developing tools and audits to check adherence to the Monte Nido clinical model, producing and delivering clinical training materials, and building reports and presentations for internal and external clinical staff as well as Monte Nido Leadership.
